Returns Policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 15 days, with a $5.00 return shipping label for all USA orders. The fee will be deducted from your refund. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we generally cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Please note, that for hygienic purposes, panties and boxer briefs cannot be returned or refunded.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, according to the warranty below. It must also be in the original packaging.

For international orders, buyers are responsible for shipping costs. However, if a wrong or defective garment is received, we will cover the return shipping costs if the local government postal service is used. Refunds cannot be processed if these conditions are not met.

How to return:
To complete your return, please log into your account using the email of your order. This is found on the upper right of the homepage. Then select the order, and the reason for the return and submit the request. Please allow us 1 business day to review it. If approved, you will receive the return slip. If decline, we will contact you right away.

If you have any issues please email embracenature@armsofandes.com. Please write the main reason of your email on the email subject line as we tend to respond quicker to more urgent emails.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Gift cards are non-refundable. Purchases made with gift cards can be returned and exchanged for store credit.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at embracenature@armsofandes.com.

When a customer requests an exchange for an international order, they will be responsible for paying any applicable customs duties and taxes on the new shipment. Please note that we are unable to refund any customs duties or taxes paid on the original order.

Shipping
Upon acceptance of the return, a ground shipping label will be sent to you with the return address for the product.

Warranty
Arms of Andes provides a full refund on any defected item. Natural wear and tear, including pilling and abrasion, is not covered by the Warranty. Damage done by user including but not limited to rips and tears are not covered by the Warranty, including any damage done during any washing not according to our posted washing instructions. Damages will be assessed by Arms of Andes to determine if they fall under the Warranty.
