Care for your layer
Hand wash or machine wash on a gentle/wool cycle in cold water (50-68°F). Use a mild wool-safe or pH-neutral detergent. Wash with similar colors. Don't bleach or use fabric softener.
Reshape while damp and lay flat to dry. Don't tumble dry, twist, or wring. Cool iron if needed. Store folded in a cool, dry space with airflow; avoid hanging.

Request your return within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unused and unwashed. Original packaging isn't required. The fit and quality are excellent. It is a very comfortable hoodie, and the neck is the perfect size. There is no drape in front which is outstanding. The material is soft and cozy.
The "but" i still have some itching with the shirt, so have to wear an undershirt with it. A bit of a bummer, but I guess it will help to keep the shirt longer.

Let me start off, this was my first experience with a 100% alpaca anything. I had used merino for a few years but wanted a breathable but warmer layer for when it got colder and so gave this a try. On the first day I had it, I wore it on a bike ride to the top of my local mountain, around 9k ft in in a gusty 35F wind and as a performance piece it kept me warm through the pump up, kept me from sweating too much since it's so breathable and when I summited I was comfortable standing the few minutes I needed to catch my breath. Then I wore it on a long travel day with a cotton undershirt. It kept me very warm on the plane and even though I did get hot (lightly sweaty) a few times in the lounge waiting for the next flight, at the end of the day my wife, who is very sensitive to odors, gave it a thorough sniff and said it basically smelled fresh and she couldn't smell me at all that day. I've rotated it throughout a two week trip and it's held up without needing a wash. It smells fresh and ready for a new day, everyday. I have purchased another already and plan to add many more pieces to my collection for both technical and casual journeys. Also the fit is great and I know I look good in any situation I may find myself in. Shipping was quite fast too, 3 business days.

What can I say, it fits better than I expected. It’s perhaps the best hoodie I own. It can be worn as an outer or under a shirt/shirtjac. It forms to the body well and is perfect for the lower temps. I was quite comfortable at 17*degrees in this with a light base underneath and a shirt to block the wind. I got a good laugh while everyone else was bundled up like the Pillsbury Doughboy. I’m a fan of Arms of Andes and love the fact they use 100% alpaca.

The garment is very nice. Given its origin, it's reasonably priced. Ordered in September and advised it would appear in October, which turned into November. Finally arrived in December. As wonderful as the garment is, I won't be doing any business with them again
