USA Orders:
USA orders over $200 have free shipping. Please allow 2 business days for handling. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via e-mail.

Orders from Canada:
Orders from Canada over CAD$300 have free shipping. Please kindly allow 7 to 9 business days for handling, this does not shipping time. Shipping time is usually 6 to 10 business days. We use USPS and Canada Post for shipping. This means customs and duties is already included in your order.

Orders from Australia:
Orders from Australia over AUD $125 have free shipping. Please kindly allow 7 to 9 business days for handling, this does not shipping time. Shipping time is usually 6 to 12 business days. We use DHL for shipping and customs and duties are calculated at checkout.

Orders from New Zealand:
Orders from Australia over NZD$400 have free shipping. Please kindly allow 7 to 9 business days for handling, this does not shipping time. Shipping time is usually 6 to 12 business days. We use DHL for shipping and customs and duties are calculated at checkout.

Return & Refund Policy

Returns

Our policy lasts 15 days, with a $5.00 return shipping label for all USA orders. The fee will be deducted from your refund. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we generally cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Please note, for hygienic purposes, panties and boxer briefs cannot be returned or refunded.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, according to the warranty below. It must also be in the original packaging.

How to return

To complete your return, please log into your account using the email of your order. This is found on the upper right of the homepage. Then select the order, the reason of return and submit the request. Please allow us 1 business day to review it. If approved, you will receive the return slip. If declined, we will contact you right away.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.                                                                                                 
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable): Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery.

Gift cards are non-refundable. Purchases made with gift cards can be returned and exchanged for store credit.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at embracenature@armsofandes.com. Please write the main reason of your email on the email subject line as we tend to respond quicker to more urgent emails.

Shipping

Upon acceptance of return a ground-shipping label will be sent to you with the return address for the product.

Warranty

Arms of Andes provides a full refund on any defected item. Natural wear and tear, including pilling and abrasion, is not covered by the Warranty. Damage done by user including but not limited to rips and tears are not covered by the Warranty, including any damage done during any washing not according to our posted washing instructions. Damages will be assessed by Arms of Andes to determine if they fall under the Warranty.
