I got the shirt, which was crazy itchy (do you want to wear an actual alpaca because you will be). I tossed it in the washing machine and washed according to instructions. It came out about half its original size. I laid it flat to dry, again, per the instructions, and it stayed half its size. So . . . if you’d like to purchase an itchy, expensive rag for around-the-house cleaning, this is your purchase! If you want a T-shirt to wear, keep moving. This won’t do it.

My everyday tee!

These tees are just really comfortable, versatile, easy to care for, and look good. I got 2 in navy. I can wear them almost every day in the spring and summer, because they’re comfortable even in the heat and humidity, the navy doesn’t show sweat and it goes with my wardrobe, and they don’t get stinky. I’ve worn them an average of 3 times a week since I got them this spring.
I ordered size small. On the size chart, my chest is between small and medium, and my waist is medium. I prefer a fitted tee, and I like a size small in the AoA running tanks and long-sleeved tees.

Itchy straight out of the package!

This was so incredibly itchy right when I first tried it on straight out of the packaging. I'm hoping it softens up after a few washes. Otherwise, I really love the cut and style of this t-shirt.

Small and scratchy

I really wanted to like this shirt - the cut and color were great. But it ran really small and while it felt somewhat soft in my hands, when I put it on, it was too small and it was not soft enough. If it had been larger OR softer, I would have given it 4 stars (5 for fit AND softness). I normally wear small or medium t-shirts and got a medium. It was smaller than most smalls I have. Since I had washed it (hoping it would soften), I can’t return it. So, sadly, a waste of money. I have tried to wear it, but every time I put it on, I take it off a minute later. Will give away.

Itchy shirt, terrible customer service

The shirt is so itchy I couldn’t stand to wear it more than 2 minutes when I was trying it on. I immediately requested a return and was asked to send in pictures of the shirt to make sure it was clean and unused, which I provided. It has been 10 days since I sent the pictures and no response from the company with a return label as promised. Terrible customer service.

Absolutely beautiful

This t shirt looks great, is incredibly soft and super functional. I’ve been wearing it on international travel and Camino walk and it is perfect for everything.

It shrank after first wash at cold temperature

Very comfortable and good quality but it shrank a bit after I washed it.
So I would go for one size larger for that reason (same comments for the panties).
I've worn it in really hot and colder weather and it was great.
Most of all, it did not smell after sweating in very high temperature with my backpack.
Exactly what I need for the GR20!

this is premature

I've worn it at an under-layer for chilly weather, and for that it's nice. However, I bought it hoping to use in place of the polyester shirts that I use in warm-to-hot weather for canoeing. As that weather's not likely to return for a few months where I live (in New Jersey) it's going to be a few more months before I have a chance to see how well it really works for that purpose.

Sizes run a bit small, unfortunately. Or perhaps it's just that more sizes are needed? BUT these are very high-quality alpaca t-shirts: well tailored, comfortable. They are cool for summer, and work well as a warm underlayer for winter. You can wear these all winter. In short, they are AWESOME!

Soft comfy tee!

The t-shirt material is wonderful, soft and has a great silky feel to it, very comfy to wear. I wanted to try out an alpaca t-shirt and this was a great choice! So far I’ve only worn it around the house, but plan on wearing it while traveling this summer.

Bought this as a gift which was well received. Received about a week after ordered. The receiver really liked the blue color and how warm soft and breathable the fibers are. Makes an excellent base layer!
