For US orders over $200 that are purchased from our US warehouse, shipping is free. For orders of items currently stocked in Peru, there is shipping fee that includes customs & duties. The rest of the world shipping cost is about $25 to $50.

Please allow 2 business days for handling. Delivery is usually to 2-7 business days within USA. We deliver from Los Angeles, CA and all items have already passed US customs.
For items in Peru, delivery time is usually 4 to 7 business days
Once your item(s) have been shipped we will send you a tracking number for your order via e-mail.
Return & Refund Policy
Our policy lasts 15 days, with a $5.00 return shipping label for all USA orders. The fee will be deducted from your refund. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we generally cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Please note, for hygienic purposes, panties and boxer briefs cannot be returned or refunded.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, according to the warranty below. It must also be in the original packaging.
For items in Peru, returns & exchanges can be done with US warehouse. There is $5 fee for the return label.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable): Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery.
Gift cards are non-refundable. Purchases made with gift cards can be returned and exchanged for store credit.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com. Please write the main reason of your email on the email subject line as we tend to respond quicker to more urgent emails.
Upon acceptance of return a ground-shipping label will be sent to you with the return address for the product.
Arms of Andes provides a full refund on any defected item. Natural wear and tear, including pilling and abrasion, is not covered by the Warranty. Damage done by user including but not limited to rips and tears are not covered by the Warranty, including any damage done during any washing not according to our posted washing instructions. Damages will be assessed by Arms of Andes to determine if they fall under the Warranty.
