Shipping Policy
USA Orders:
We offer free shipping within the United States.
Please allow up to 2 business days for handling. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
International Shipping:
At this time, we only ship within the United States.
International shipping will be available soon.
EU customers please visit to our Europe Site.
Conditions for Returns
A $5.00 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund or charged when processing domestic returns.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition you received it. Original packaging is not required. For hygienic reasons, boxer briefs, panties and thongs are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
For international orders, buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. However, if a wrong or defective garment is received, we will cover the return shipping costs when the local government postal service is used.
Refunds or exchanges cannot be processed if these conditions are not met.

We require photos of the item to determine if it qualifies for a return or exchange. Once you contact us, we’ll provide the details and next steps.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable): Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery.
Gift cards are non-refundable. Purchases made with gift cards can be returned and exchanged for store credit.
Warranty
Arms of Andes provides a full refund on any defected item. Natural wear and tear, including pilling and abrasion, is not covered by the Warranty. Damage done by user including but not limited to rips and tears are not covered by the Warranty, including any damage done during any washing not according to our posted washing instructions. Damages will be assessed by Arms of Andes to determine if they fall under the Warranty.
