Care for your layer
Hand wash or machine wash on a gentle/wool cycle in cold water (50-68°F). Use a mild wool-safe or pH-neutral detergent. Wash with similar colors. Don't bleach or use fabric softener.
Reshape while damp and lay flat to dry. Don't tumble dry, twist, or wring. Cool iron if needed. Store folded in a cool, dry space with airflow; avoid hanging.
Naturally dyed colors can transfer with sweat or friction. Wear them with dark clothing or equipment, wash sparingly, and avoid citric acid, which can lighten the color.

I am disappointed in Arms of Andes' response false advertising and their response.
I ordered the wool thong last year. It was a very lovely cut and have been planning to order more.
I received my recent (second) order in Feb of 2026 of the same wool thong I purchased previously.
As soon as I opened the packaging for the thongs, I saw the design had changed.
There is much more fabric, the lovely cut is no longer part of the design with the added fabric.
I ordered the same size and style as before.
Arms of Andes has refused to give a refund.
The images on their website do not reflect the updated design of their wool thong.
As a return customer, ordering the exact same item, but receiving a different style (and this update is not noted on their website), this is terrible customer service.

On my quest to find all the best natural fiber panties and these are my second favorite ones. Only because the front dips a tiny bit lower than I’d like but overall I love these so much. They don’t feel as thin and flimsy as ones I’ve tried from a Marino wool store. Would recommend but definitely they do dip low in the front and could use half an inch in the gusset.

I had high hopes for these undies. They are very soft, it feels a bit like you are not wearing anything at all when you first put them on. Alas, these are shaped a bit oddly. The gusset isn't large enough & does not sit in the right place. They are particularly uncomfortable if you sweat as they then get very sweaty & stay that way in the groin area....partly because the gusset's not large enough & seems placed awkwardly. All that said, while I would not buy these again, I might try a different style because at least these are more eco-friendly than a lot of undies as they don't have all the elastic & synthetics that a lot of the companies that make wool undies do. There was zero itch on the undies which is interesting as their leggings actually do itch, albeit only a little bit.

Seemed at first like a good purchase, but the return process is a scam. These contain elastic and synthetic materials in the waistband and stretch out quickly with wear and fit is poor. Regret purchasing from this website.
