Care for your layer
Hand wash or machine wash on a gentle/wool cycle in cold water (50-68°F). Use a mild wool-safe or pH-neutral detergent. Wash with similar colors. Don't bleach or use fabric softener.
Reshape while damp and lay flat to dry. Don't tumble dry, twist, or wring. Cool iron if needed. Store folded in a cool, dry space with airflow; avoid hanging.
Naturally dyed colors can transfer with sweat or friction. Wear them with dark clothing or equipment, wash sparingly, and avoid citric acid, which can lighten the color.

US orders over $200 ship free. Estimated US delivery is 7 to 10 business days, including preparation and transit. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. International rates are calculated at checkout; estimated delivery is 10 to 20 business days. Customs duties and import taxes are your responsibility.
Request your return within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unused and unwashed. Original packaging isn't required. A $5 return shipping fee is deducted from domestic refunds unless you purchased Free Returns at checkout. International customers pay return shipping, except for wrong or defective items covered by the policy.

I would have rated five stars except for the item is a little itchy, but not much, and I wish the zipper was more sturdy and right handed (men’s side) vs left handed.

Weight, great fabric construction, and unbelievable warmth!! I have a number of Arms of
Andes hoodies, sweaters, etc., I wouldn’t exchange
them for other merino wool or synthetic clothing.
If there’s a problem, I tend to want to buy more of
Arms of Andes Paka tops! For some future products, zippered pockets are always acceptable! Keep up the great work! Give praise and support to your hard working employees! Keep me on your email list for future products!

I am not traditionally a thumb hole advocate. However, this sweatshirt fits pretty snugly and is great for layering. In that case, the thumb holes are excellent since you can ensure a little coverage up to the knuckle and it helps prevent sleeves bunching up under further outer layers. Like everything else from Arms of Andes, the alpaca is incredibly soft and feels great to the touch.

Zipper is left handed and not very robust. Hoodie has no pockets. I really like the thumb holes at end of sleeves. Nice and cosy.

There was a bit of concern on getting it on time and when addressed to you it arrived !!
