Care for your layer
Hand wash or machine wash on a gentle/wool cycle in cold water (50-68°F). Use a mild wool-safe or pH-neutral detergent. Wash with similar colors. Don't bleach or use fabric softener.
Reshape while damp and lay flat to dry. Don't tumble dry, twist, or wring. Cool iron if needed. Store folded in a cool, dry space with airflow; avoid hanging.
Naturally dyed colors can transfer with sweat or friction. Wear them with dark clothing or equipment, wash sparingly, and avoid citric acid, which can lighten the color.

US orders over $200 ship free. Estimated US delivery is 7 to 10 business days, including preparation and transit. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. International rates are calculated at checkout; estimated delivery is 10 to 20 business days. Customs duties and import taxes are your responsibility.
Request your return within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unused and unwashed. Original packaging isn't required. A $5 return shipping fee is deducted from domestic refunds unless you purchased Free Returns at checkout. International customers pay return shipping, except for wrong or defective items covered by the policy.

I first bought the relaxed fit t-shirt first -but thought the almost jewel neck was not really going to work for backpacking, so bought this crew neck. Better fit, a little higher neck line though a little lower than my merino wool hiking shirts. But I thought it performed great- no odor after 5 straight days of backpacking and quick drying.

I'm wearing one now, under a short sleeved shirt, and it is serving me well on a day with a low temperature in the 50s, a high temperature of almost 80, and muggy. I've wanted true red base (or only) layer tops for a very long time, and these are soft, have a nice boat neck (not a crew neck, in my opinion), and are generally lovely. The color works with black and white, green and tan, and almost everything I own. I'll probably wear these in every season other than the depth of winter. While they'll be a good insulating layer, I don't want to hide them under turtlenecks and they belong next to skin.

I ordered the short sleeve ultralight crew neck because I own the long sleeve ultralight crew neck and I really like it.
When I finally received it over 8 months later the neck opening is huge. Definitely not a crew neck. As requested, I sent them pictures of the new ‘crew neck’ compared to the one I already had and was told they were forwarding it to their quality control department and to “allow a few days”. Well it has been almost 3 weeks and I have yet to hear anything back, yet I got an email yesterday asking me to leave a review ,so here it is.
